A match made in heaven and a match made by OKCupid are one in the same for Katy and Michael, who have been reveling in corny jokes and foodie adventures since meeting in 2013.
Michael is a Stanford grad, and Katy works in Communications at the college, so the most fitting of ceremony venues was familiar to both bride and groom; the Stanford Memorial Church. With its beautiful architecture and stunning stained glass artistry, it was a gorgeous backdrop for the first part of their wedding day.
Highlights of the day include the couple’s ukulele player, the bride’s chic bow-backed gown, and a closeup of that gorgeous bouquet! We also love their reception venue, the Hillsborough Racquet Club - it’s a polished estate-like setting that feels intimate, not stuffy.
Their chic black-tie event was designed by the ever-talented Janece at Every Elegant Detail. View their full film below and our favorite highlights from the day!
